covid-19 update office closures

A brief update on 3E’s current handling of the COVID-19 outbreak.

As previously stated, the health and well-being of our staff, partners, customers and their families is paramount during this crisis. We will therefore follow the advice of the Australian Federal Government and begin our physical distancing by closing the physical offices of 3E from close of business, Wednesday 25th March. We emphasise the physical distancing and not the commonly used social distancing, as we have the appropriate systems and culture in place to ensure our entire team, partners and customers remain virtually social.

As you’re aware, we have developed a business continuity plan that will see minimal impact to our service. Our entire transaction eco-system is cloud based, with our team having the ability to work and still collaborate with colleagues from any remote location with an internet connection. This includes being contactable externally on all the usual phone numbers and email addresses. We are confident that this will allow us to continue to provide you with the level of service you have come to expect from the 3E team during this time.

If you have any questions on 3E’s current position, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of the team. We will provide updates with any major changes to this decision from a 3E perspective as soon as possible. We are here to support you through these challenging times and no doubt many of you will help us through this difficult time too.
