As we navigate these difficult times and come to grips with what will be the new norm for a period, we would like to take this opportunity to let you know what is happening at 3E Advantage to assist our partners and our clients.
You may have seen recent press regarding the opportunity for businesses to request that their bank put a hold on any finance payments for a period while they weather this storm. We deal with several funders, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks as well as non-bank lenders. We are working closely with each of them to ensure we can assist our clients where possible as each has differing capacity to do so. We have developed a dedicated “COVID ASSIST” internal team that are managing such requests from clients and liaising with the funders to achieve a suitable outcome to assist them through this difficult time.
We have put together a COVID Hub page on our website with helpful information and links regarding government economic stimulus announcements and other forms of assistance, as well as a link to a hardship assistance form so that clients can get the support they need as quickly as possible.
Supporting Our Partners
In addition to assisting our clients, we are dedicated to supporting our partners through this time too. We continue to work on new applications and transactions already in the pipeline remotely, with all staff operating from home. We are working with our funders to review and modify where possible, procedures that need to be addressed in this new way of operating.
