The Job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, main responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of the daily bank reconciliation with a high volume of transactions
- Investigating internally and with external clients for any discrepancies or unidentified items on the daily bank reconciliation
- Process and reconcile Direct Debit payments
- Create ad-hoc sales and purchase invoice
- Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts including the bank account, general accrual and the customer ledger
- Assist with client calls and queries when required
- From time to time assist other Finance team members with their workload and adhoc tasks
The successful applicant must:
- Have a minimum 1-2 years experience within a similar role.
Although we are ideally looking for candidates who have industry experience, we are willing to train the right person who can demonstrate a willingness to learn - Be proficient in all MS Office products
- Have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred but not required
