We’re looking for someone to join our North Sydney team who’s full of energy, willing to learn, who likes to make a difference and will challenge the status quo for the benefit of all our stakeholders. If this is you, read on.

The Job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, main responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of accounts payable including invoice entry and supplier payments
  • Daily bank reconciliation and investigating any unallocated amounts
  • Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts including customer and vendor aged trial balance
  • Create ad-hoc sales and purchase invoice
  • Process employee expense reimbursement
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Process and reconcile DD payments
  • Assist with client calls and queries when required
  • Ad-hoc office admin duties including purchasing office supplies

The role is based at our North Sydney office, close to public transport.


The successful applicant must:

  • Have a minimum 1-2 years experience within a similar role.
    Although we are ideally looking for candidates who have industry experience, we are willing to train the right person who can demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Be proficient in all MS Office products
  • Have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred but not required
