We’re looking for someone to join our North Sydney team who’s full of energy, willing to learn, who likes to make a difference and will challenge the status quo for the benefit of all our stakeholders. If this is you, read on.

The Job

Reporting to the Finance Manager, main responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable including following up with customers in relation to outstanding accounts, responsible for arrears reporting, allocate daily receipts
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable including invoice entry and preparing payment run
  • Invoicing/billing
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Dealing with invoice queries and working with the team to sort out any issues
  • Process employee expense reimbursement/credit card claims
  • Support the Finance Manager with reconciliation relating to vendor and customer accounts.

This is a Standalone role with the view to becoming Team Leader as the team grows.

The role is based at our North Sydney office, close to public transport.


The successful applicant must:

  • Have a minimum 5 years experience within a similar role.
    Although we are ideally looking for candidates who have industry experience, we are willing to train the right person who can demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Be proficient in all MS Office products
